Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Footscray

🥋 Welcome to Gracie Jiu-Jitsu® Footscray

Located in Melbourne’s west, our academy offers beginner self-defence, women’s self-defence, and kids’ Jiu-Jitsu in a safe, welcoming community. Every new student enjoys a 10-day free trial, making it easy to experience the benefits of Jiu-Jitsu firsthand.

🌟 Kids Gracie Bullyproof® (Ages 5–14)

Our Gracie Bullyproof® program gives children the confidence to stand up to bullies without violence. Kids learn verbal assertiveness, non-violent self-defence techniques, and enjoy fun activities like Gracie Game Days.

✨ Little Champs (Ages 5–7)

Through playful “Gracie Games,” kids learn basic self-defence while building focus, control, and confidence. Once they master all ten games, they advance to the Junior Grapplers program.

✨ Junior Grapplers (Ages 8–14)

Older kids learn 33 non-violent self-defence techniques designed to “neutralise and negotiate” with bullies. Verbal strategies are a key part of the curriculum, and parents often see a noticeable boost in confidence within weeks.

🛡️ What is Gracie Jiu-Jitsu®?
