Gracie Elite Central Coast

🥋 About Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Central Coast

Founded in 2009 by Professor Tiago Ferreira, Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Central Coast was created to introduce Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to families in the region. With direct training from the Gracie family in Brazil, Tiago brings world-class expertise and a passion for teaching kids, teens, and adults in a safe, supportive environment.

🌟 Kids Jiu-Jitsu Program

Our kids’ classes (ages 4+) combine physical education, self-defence, and fun games to keep children engaged while learning valuable skills. Kids develop discipline, courtesy, self-control, confidence, concentration, teamwork, and focus—building character and resilience that lasts a lifetime.

🥊 Muay Thai Kickboxing for Kids

Kickboxing classes give children a chance to improve fitness, coordination, and self-defence skills. With structured training and protective gear, kids learn safely while enjoying the challenge of this dynamic sport.

🛡️ Women’s Only Self-Defence

Professor Tiago teaches practical techniques designed for real-world situations, including defence against larger opponents or weapons. Women learn how to escape dangerous scenarios, build confidence, and stay safe—all in a supportive and empowering environment.
