We are very proud to be part of Gracie Barra Team and to be able to transmit the teachings of Master Carlos and Helio throughout the body mind and spirit.

Our Martial Art school is right in the heart of the city of Newcastle. Newcastle is one of the largest city’s in NSW and has an amazing atmosphere because of the surf lifestyle and the warmth of the people.

We offer world-class level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction for men, women, and children. We teach BJJ, self-defense, and mixed martial arts in a family environment where everyone is friendly and welcoming.

Through Jiu-jitsu we are able to contribute to the Australian community by teaching people to improve their well-being, to enjoy life fully, and to succeed in their journey.

Private Lessons are a great way to accelerate and personalize your BJJ learning experience. Tailor your private lessons to suit your own game and the areas you need to improve in. Each Jiu Jitsu player has their own style that suits their preferences, body type, flexibility and private lessons are the perfect place to figure those things out and enhance them with expert advise.
