Founded on the traditions of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Gracie Barra Pymble welcomes everyone—whether you’re new to martial arts or experienced. Classes are built on leverage and technique, not strength or speed, making them accessible to all. Students train in a safe, friendly environment while improving fitness, self-defence skills, and overall wellbeing.

🌟 Children’s Martial Arts Training

Our kids’ programs help children build confidence, discipline, and resilience while staying active. With age-specific classes, kids learn valuable life lessons alongside Jiu-Jitsu techniques:

⭐ Little Champions I (ages 4–6)

⭐ Little Champions II (ages 7–9)

⭐ Juniors (ages 10–14)

In just 2–3 hours a week, children gain focus, respect, and social skills, preparing them to face challenges like bullying and unhealthy lifestyles with strength and courage.

🥷 GB Pymble Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

• GB¹ Fundamentals: Teaches the building blocks of Jiu-Jitsu, condensing core techniques into safe, structured lessons.

• GB² Advanced: Builds on fundamentals with high-level drills, reflex training, and transitions to elevate your Jiu-Jitsu game.

🛡️ Women’s Classes

Our women’s program focuses on practical self-defence, teaching how to escape from larger attackers using leverage and technique. Classes include realistic drills, conditioning, and even social gatherings to foster community and support.

🎉 Kids Holiday Camps

During school holidays, children can enjoy fun-filled camps that combine martial arts, self-defence, teamwork, and fitness. Certified instructors ensure every child has a safe and rewarding experience while learning the art of Jiu-Jitsu.
