What do we do?
Gosford Gymnastics offers a wide variety of Gymnastics programs tailored to suit all ages and abilities. Programs include Kindygym, Tumbling, Trampolining, Parkour, Acrobatics, Rhythmic, Girls & Boys Gymnastics as well as competitive. All classes are led by fully qualified and accredited coaches.

OUR CLASSES
KINDERGYM
A movement-based learning experience for young children and their caregivers.
Children learn and develop best through play and exploring their abilities through a variety of activities.
RECREATIONAL
Non-competitive classes and promote fun, exercise, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and provide an excellent foundation for all sports.
GIRLS GYMNASTICS
Fun and challenging where girls are able to build their strength, flexibility, balance, body awareness, and coordination. Girls perform skills and routines around four apparatus, which include Bars, Beam, Floor, and Vault.
BOYS GYMNASTICS
Fun and safe energy outlet for boys of any age, where strength and discipline are key factors. Boy's will build confidence and learning skills across six differing apparatus. Boy's Gymnastics is a great sport for thrill-seekers, looking to further develop their strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
ABOUT GOSFORD GYMNASTICS
Founded in 1986 Gosford Gymnastics has been dedicated to providing quality programs for over 35 years! Our start of the art facility is one of the best-equipped gymnasiums in NSW.
Gosford Gymnastics has a diverse range of accredited coaches that cater to the varying disciplines and needs of our customers. We offer classes for babies through to teens, across a variety of disciplines for boys and girls in both competitive, and non-competitive programs. Our classes promote fun, exercise, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and provide an excellent foundation for all sports. Gosford Gymnastics is an affiliated Club with both Gymnastics Australia and Gymnastics NSW.
We offer Gymnastics programs for every level and ability.

Available for Parties
- We run Birthday parties on Saturdays. They run for 1.5 hours with the first hour in the gymnastics hall with the coach/coaches and they organize lots of games and fun activities on the equipment. Our facility is very large and houses trampolines, 14 mtr long tumble track, bars beams ropes wall-bars, foam pits and so much more. After that, the children spend the next 30 mins with the party food and cutting the cake etc.
Our parties usually start at 11.00am on the Saturday and finish at 12.30pm.
The cost in 2023 is $260+GST for up to 10 children. There is an additional charge of $16+ GST per extra child. We can take up to 30 children.
To Confirm your booking, we require a $55 (which includes the GST) deposit to book the party, and should you cancel the party, you forfeit the deposit. This deposit forms part of your payment towards the party invoice.
Gosford Gymnastics will provide:
1. Qualified coach/coaches(depending on numbers) for the gymnastics activities
2. Tables and seating
3. Tablecloth
4. Plastic/Paper plates & cups if needed
5. A Free come and try voucher for your guests.
Gosford Gymnastics does NOT provide:
1. Food and drink
2. Heating of food
3. Cake
Parents are required to bring any party food, drinks, birthday cake and any lolly bags.
