What do we do?
Offering lessons from Bubs (6 months) through to stroke development and pre-squad levels.
Our Learn to Swim classes run morning and afternoon classes throughout the week and Saturday mornings during the NSW School Term.
Learning to Swim is a skill for life. We offer programs for all ages and swimming abilities, which aim to provide students with a high level aquatic education, whilst at the same time having fun and making new friends.

★ RUBBER DUCKIES - Bubs
6MTHS - 18MTHS APPROX.
An adult is required in the pool with the student.
Rubber Duckies is an introductory class for babies new to an aquatic environment. Through the use of song and activity, parents will work one-on-one with their baby to encourage water confidence, sensory development, safe behaviour around water and conditioning. This class will also encourage exercise and development of motor skills, some water submersion and/or water pouring over face and floating on the back assisted.

★ TURTLE TOTS - Level 1
18MTHS TO 3 YRS APPROX.
An adult is required in the pool with the student.
Turtle Tots classes specialise in furthering water confidence and familiarisation through fun water activities and games.
The aim of this class is to gradually wean the parent from the class as the student gains their independence with the LTS instructor. This class will also include learning to enter and exit the water safely, water submersion and further skills such as kicking and doggy paddle.

★ STARFISH - Level 2
3YRS +
Students aged 3+ will participate in this class on their own. The aim of this class is to learn water safety, awareness and confidence which is achieved through skills such as face submersion, blowing bubbles, breathing technique, dog paddle, back floating through to push, glide and arms over. Our beginner levels are designed to set the foundations and prepare your child to learn correct stroke development.

★ DOLPHINS - Level 3
School Aged
Students in DOLPHINS Level 3 will build a strong foundation for freestyle and backstroke styles and coordinating the students breathing technique with their arm strokes.
*Max. 4 students
★ SHARKS - Level 4
School Aged
Students in the SHARKS Level 4 classes will work on stroke correction, breathing technique, streamline and kick off techniques in anticipation of them progressing to mini squad/squad training. Students may work in the 25m & 50m pools.
