⭐ Kids Group Classes

○ Play Fu (5 – 8 yrs)

○ Play Fu Plus (9 – 13 yrs)

⭐Teen/Adult classes (13 yrs+)

The most innovative choice for after school activities. Play Fu and Play Fu Plus is a unique blend of traditional Kung Fu and Tai Chi, mixed with a whole lot of fun! Created by Si Fu Gawain Siu (who has 40 years’ teaching experience), these classes are designed to nurture your child and help them build confidence, respect, resilience, and self-motivation.

Ging Mo means, “the essence of Martial Arts”. Today, we’re a community-based organisation that exists to help people experience the transforming powers of Kung Fu. As a close-knit family, we seek to encourage, inspire, and see each other flourish. Our training is designed for personal development through mind expansion, spiritual growth, inner healing, as well as physical strengthening.

Practicing Martial Arts is about so much more than “fighting”. Kung Fu and Tai Chi have the power to help you be calm yet alert, sleep well, think clearly, react quickly, concentrate for longer, and boost energy levels. It’s a privilege for us to walk alongside students as they build new skills, and enhance existing ones — we’d love to have you join us so you can as well.
