We’re a full-time, family-friendly martial arts school in Kingscliff, specialising in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), MMA, and self-defence for kids and adults. Our mission is simple: to provide high-quality martial arts instruction in a safe, fun, and welcoming environment. We focus on building confidence, respect, discipline, and positive life skills that benefit children both on and off the mats.

🐢 Flow Turtles (4–7 years)

Designed for little ones, this playful class introduces BJJ through games and fun activities. Kids learn balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, and respect while developing social skills and self-defence in a supportive setting.

🦈 Flow Sharks (8–13 years)

As children grow, they become more competitive. This class helps them channel that energy positively—teaching humility in victory, resilience in defeat, and the importance of teamwork.

⚡ Sharks Advanced (8–15 years)

For kids ready to take their training further, this class adds new techniques and challenges. It’s perfect for those who want to compete, with a focus on preparation, strategy, and discipline.
