At FLEX GC, we’re proud to be the Gold Coast’s newest home for gymnastics and cheerleading, offering both recreational and competitive classes for all ages and skill levels. With a legacy spanning over 20 years as Currumbin Gymnastics & Cheer (CGC), FLEX GC continues the tradition of excellence under new leadership, bringing a fresh look while keeping the same mission – helping every athlete reach their best.

🤸 Recreational Gymnastics

• Baby Gym – Walkers to 3 years

• Kindy Gym – Ages 3 to 5

• Tiny Gym – Ages 5 to 7

• Youth Gym – Ages 7+

• Junior Gym – Invite only

• Adult Gym – Ages 17+

🎀 Cheerleading

• Recreational Cheer – Ages 4.5+

• Competitive Cheer – Up to Level 3 (tryouts required)

🤸‍♂️ Tumble & Bounce

• Recreational Tumble – Levels 1 & 2

• Competitive Tumble – Novice to Level 3

👩‍🏫 Expert Coaching Team

Our staff includes both senior and junior coaches with decades of experience in gymnastics and cheerleading. All senior coaches are IASF and Gymnastics Australia accredited, ensuring safe, professional, and high-quality training.
