ABADÁ Capoeira – A Fun, Creative Way for Kids to Move and Grow!

Located conveniently next to Broadway Shopping Centre, ABADÁ – Capoeira offers kids an exciting introduction to Capoeira, a Brazilian martial art that combines acrobatics, dance, music, and more. Our studio is housed in the CrossFit RJ Gym building and works in collaboration with Health Alliance Movement, making it a fantastic environment for learning.

We offer Capoeira classes for kids aged 3 to 6 and 7 to 12, providing a safe and welcoming space where every child is treated equally, regardless of their age or ability. Capoeira isn’t just about learning martial arts; it’s about expressing yourself through creative movement, improving coordination, rhythmic sense, and concentration while having fun!

Why Choose ABADÁ Capoeira for Your Child?

🌟 Creative Movement: Kids learn through fun and expressive movement, combining martial arts with acrobatics and dance.

🌟 Inclusive Environment: We celebrate diversity and promote respect, cooperation, and freedom in every class.

🌟 Life Skills: Beyond physical skills, children develop teamwork, focus, and confidence.

🌟 Cultural Connection: Students connect with the rich traditions of Brazilian culture through Capoeira, a global community led by Mestre Camisa.

In addition to learning Capoeira techniques, students get the opportunity to play instruments and sing, making each class a full sensory experience. It’s a great way for kids to stay active, be interactive, and explore their creativity in a fun, supportive environment.
