What do we do?
Macquarie Shores Swim Club was established in September 1997 with about 27 swimmers. The club is based at the Toronto Swim Centre, which is currently undergoing a complete refurbishment. The Centre is expected to reopen in Spring 2019.
The revamp will include re-tiling of all pools, a new combined hydrotherapy and spa pool, refurbished amenities and vastly improved air and water quality.
Macquarie Shores aims to promote fitness, fun and competition, and hopes to bring the whole family together. We also aim to cater to everyone, from the very beginner, to the swimmer who wishes to compete purely at club level, right through to aspiring Australian Representatives!
For those who would like to get involved in the swimming community as volunteers or committee members, you are most welcome too!!
