Evolve Gymnastics is a family‑run centre serving Sydney’s North West, offering gymnastics and sensorimotor programs for children aged 4 months to 18 years.

👶 Baby Gym (4 months+)

Focuses on brain development, body awareness, balance, core strength, fine motor skills, and social interaction.

🌈 Kinder Gym & Kinder Rec (1–5 yrs)

Playful, coach‑led classes that build coordination, confidence, and independence for toddlers and preschoolers.

🏅 Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced Gym (5–11 yrs)

Step‑by‑step programs that teach gymnastics fundamentals, progressing to advanced skills aligned with the Australian National Levels program.

🤸 Tramp & Tumble (8+ yrs)

Acrobatic tumbling and trampolining skills for beginners through to advanced students.

🕹️ Ninja Gym

Obstacle‑based training with cool tricks and creative movement—especially popular with boys!

💃 Acro for Dancers

Specialised acrobatic skills to complement dance training.

👩‍🎓 Teen Gym (12+ yrs)

Classes for teens of all abilities, focusing on enjoyment, fitness, and skill development. Perfect for those starting gymnastics later.
