Energetic Kids Dance & Fitness

🌟 Welcome to Energize Dance

At Energize, we teach to produce confident students who can dance for pure enjoyment while also preparing them for a long and rewarding future in the dance industry. Our classes focus on technique, correction, and practice, helping children remember routines and perform with confidence.

💃 Energize Primary School Programme

In just 10 weeks, students will:

- Remember and perform a 3–4 minute routine

- Work as a team

- Improve fitness and coordination

- Develop a better sense of rhythm and movement

Most importantly, they’ll have fun and enjoy the challenges of learning and performing together.

🎭 Building Confidence Through Performance

Our students proudly showcase their skills at End of Term Parent Weeks and the End of Year Concert. These performances help children build confidence, celebrate their progress, and share their achievements with family and friends.

💖 Why Families Love Us

Parents love Energize because children don’t just learn to dance—they grow in confidence, teamwork, and resilience while having fun. Families appreciate the supportive environment and the joy of watching their children shine on stage.
