• Junior Kenpo Dragons (4–5 yrs) – playful, structured training that builds physical skills in a safe and caring environment.

• Kenpo Dragons (6–12 yrs) – step‑by‑step training in basics, sets, forms, techniques, and sparring (from purple belt onwards). This program builds confidence, discipline, and resilience, guiding students toward Junior Black Belt and beyond.

👩‍🎓 Karate for Teens & Adults

Kenpo Karate training improves fitness, strength, and personal attributes while teaching practical self‑defence skills. Teens and adults gain discipline, focus, and confidence in a supportive community.
