Our philosophy centres on using the latest cognitive training methods adapted from the executive function training techniques used for high pressure professionals such as airline pilots, air traffic controllers, surgeons, SWAT and elite athletes.

Cognitive training methods develop an individual's cognitive ability and enhance the vision and processing ability to enable peak performance in high pressure game situations..

Elite Soccer Academy is committed to providing training programs that not only fit every skill level and background, but also infuse our supportive and innovative teaching approach.

All sessions (from Cubs through to the High Performance Squad) incorporate our cognitive training philosophy, which recognises soccer as a problem solving game.

Conditions simulate the unstable and externally paced environment typical of a game situation. Players learn about planning of movement, prediction and making decisions in complex situations. The technical skills of players are challenged under fatigue and simulated game pressure.
