Hello there! I'm Elaine. I love to create objects with function and purpose. I use clay as a catalyst to make things and beautiful words come to life. Every piece is done with love and attention to details, bringing along joy and excitement when it comes to life. My hope is to keep learning and share my passion and knowledge of ceramics.

Students will enjoy the calming and therapeutic benefits of creating with ceramic with a small group in a home studio setting. Ceramic practice is known to improve motor skills, sensory development, confidence, self esteem, team building and planning skills.

Students will learn:

- the essential building techniques in pottery such as hand-building, slab and pinch techniques.

- application of glazes.

- adding textures to clay.

- to have fun with clay.

- enjoy the calming and therapeutic benefits of creating with ceramic in a home studio setting.

Small class group of 4 - 7 persons.

- Kids workshop: 7-11 years old

- Teens workshop: 11 - 16 years old

- Parent & Child workshop

- Celebrate a special occasions

- Just want to learn hand building and spend time with friends (Adults)
