🥊 Junior Boxing (Ages 6–12)

Kids stay active while learning footwork, punching, and blocking in a safe, structured environment. Classes also teach discipline, focus, and respect—skills that carry through to home and school.

🤼 Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu (BJJ)

Our BJJ program develops agility, speed, and coordination through grappling techniques. With warm‑ups, drills, and live sparring, kids and adults alike build confidence while learning practical self‑defence.
