At Eastern Suburbs Physie, we believe Physie is more than just a sport; it’s a celebration of girls’ potential. Our dedicated team of passionate teachers is committed to guiding each child on their unique Physie journey. We teach discipline, coordination, and the joy of movement, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle that boosts self-esteem, no matter their shape or size.

Our mission is to share our love for Physie with girls of all abilities, ensuring they experience the pure joy of dance and gain unshakable confidence through creative expression. Our age-appropriate choreography focuses on developing coordination, balance, and musical interpretation.

The year culminates in friendly competitions for both teams and individuals, with optional participation. For those who love a challenge, you can compete in the National Junior Finals at Olympic Park or the prestigious Senior and Ladies National Finals at the Sydney Opera House each November.
