With over 16 kids’ programs to choose from, Double Dragon offers fun, friendly, and structured martial arts training for every age and skill level.

★ Little Dragons (5–8 yrs) – Early development program focusing on confidence, coordination, balance, posture, and basic self‑defence.

★ Kids Jiu‑Jitsu (5–14 yrs) – Builds motor skills, discipline, and strength while teaching self‑defence in a safe, supportive environment.

★ Junior Muay Thai (9–13 yrs) – Introduces the fundamentals of Muay Thai, fitness, and anti‑bullying strategies, preparing kids for teen classes.

★ Teens Muay Thai (14–17 yrs) – Equips teens with martial arts skills and life tools to handle challenges confidently, while preparing them for adult training.
