DMD's Mixed Martial Arts

🥊 DMD’s Mixed Martial Arts – Building Confidence Through Martial Arts

🌟 Our Kids’ Classes

⭐ Kids Muay Thai – One of the world’s most popular martial arts, Muay Thai helps children build confidence, discipline, focus, and mental strength. The program is designed to empower kids to stand up to bullying in a safe, non‑violent way while developing important values and character traits. Classes are taught by founder David D’Aversa, who brings over 20 years of experience and multiple championship titles, ensuring every child learns from one of the best.

⭐ Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) – BJJ teaches children problem‑solving, discipline, and self‑defence skills while promoting fitness and resilience. It’s also a great way to make lifelong friends and counteract childhood inactivity.
