🌟 Our Junior Muay Thai Program

At DF.GYM in Cairns, we specialise in teaching kids the exciting sport of Muay Thai through our Cross Bones Crew program. Designed for children aged 3–10, this 10‑week course is fun, safe, and mindful, helping kids build confidence, resilience, and healthy habits. Classes include skipping, striking, defence, controlled sparring, and games to keep things fresh and engaging. No experience is required, and every child is welcomed at their own pace.

🎓 About DF.GYM

Founded in 2009 by Patrick and Jesse, DF.GYM began as Cairns’ first kickboxing and fitness facility. Over the years, it has grown into one of the region’s biggest fitness communities and most successful Muay Thai gyms. With a full‑size boxing ring, cross‑training areas, and state‑of‑the‑art equipment, the gym now offers around 30 classes per week for kids, fitness enthusiasts, and professional fighters alike. In 2019, the studio rebranded to DF.GYM, reflecting its evolution into a thriving hub for martial arts and fitness.
