Welcome to CrossFit Wollongong! We are located at 57-59 Charles Road in Fairy Meadow with lots of parking and close to public transport. Our facility features state of the art equipment, world class coaches, and one of the best fitness communities in the region!

★ CROSSFIT KIDS

CrossFit Kids is a great foundation training program for young children aged 6-15 years old. CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. The program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids.

★ GYMNASTICS (SPECIALITY PROGRAM)

Gymnastics provides a great foundation for all sports and physical activity, developing strength and power, flexibility, balance, agility and coordination. Performed properly, gymnastics movements will influence every aspect of your life and have a dramatic effect on your overall health and fitness.
