If there was a way to make us feel healthier, stronger, fitter & more capable than we ever dreamed of, how could you not embrace it?

That is what Arete provides for us all. It is not just a gym; it is so much more than that. It is a family, a community & a way of helping us all to become a better version of ourselves in all aspects of our lives.

We strive to inspire and empower our members every day and our coaches are inspired by the improvement of our members.

CLASSES

At Arete CrossFit we are about growth, opportunity and inclusion. Our qualified coaches, our programming and our community will ensure you have the best hour of your day, each and every day you are with us.

★ CROSSFIT

The official definition of CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movement, done at relatively high intensity. What that means in English is we do a wide variety of different workouts, comprised of simple body-weight and free-weight movements, and we are pushing ourselves as hard as we want to or can on that day.

It is an incredible experience when you are working out with other people who are all there to just train.
