Computer Capers

The Minecraft meet up Holiday Program, was designed by IT teacher Robert Walker after identifying a need to cater to kids that are motivated and orientated by technology and design. If you haven't heard about Minecraft, it's a computer game that uses virtual building blocks and teems with opportunities for creative problem-solving. Like it or loathe it, nothing will change the fact that kids love building online worlds where they are only limited by their imagination.

Computer Capers Holiday Program provides support through building challenges, collaborative activities, social games and group problem solving, all on a safe, private and secured computer server.

Aimed at Primary aged children, the Holiday Program is available to any level of technical ability. Each child is given an opportunity to participate in competitions, quests, and mini-lessons, all while having fun and interacting with their friends in this positive digital way.

We currently offer sessions during School Holidays in both Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour.
