What do we do?
Come and learn Judo in a friendly, safe and relaxed atmosphere. Judo is both an Olympic Sport and Martial Art developed in 1882.
Build confidence, self esteem, discipline and self control.
Improve flexibility, balance, posture and co-ordination.
Coffs Coast Judo is a volunteer sporting club set up to provide Judo on the Coffs Coast catering for all ages, students from 6yrs to 60yrs.
Classes are split into. 6 to 9yrs, 4.30 to 5.15pm 10 to 14yrs 5.15 to 6pm and 15yrs to adult 6 to 7.30pm
We train on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at L block Southern Cross University Coffs Harbour.
