Coastal Dance Performing Arts Studio

You’ll meet lots of friendly faces at Coastal Dance Performing Arts Studio. Dancers can choose to dance for fun or take additional classes for examinations and performances.

Our students enjoy Eisteddfeds for groups and solos and we encourage everyone to perform in the annual showcase.

Our qualified teachers have extensive knowledge of anatomy, safe dance practice, dance conditioning and technique. Coastal Dance aims to bring out the best in each child through a nurturing positive environment.

CLASSES

★ Ballet

Classical Ballet Technique and Exam Classes for ages two to adult following the Royal Academy of Dance Syllabus.

★ Jazz

Fun modern jazz classes to focus dancers on the stylistic and performance aspects of dance.

★ Pre-School dance

Fairy Feet, Tippy Toes, Acro Dance and Preschool Dress Up, Drama and Dance. Specialised programs for tiny dancers in a small nurturing class setting.

★ Performance

Performance classes for groups and soloists to prepare students for showcases and Eisteddfod. Musical theatre classes to showcase expression and perfect performances.

★ Lyrical & Contemporary

For dancers who wish to combine the technique of ballet with contemporary styles, lyrical movement, strength and fitness. Popular for more advanced dancers.

★ Tap

Use the sounds of tap shoes striking the floor as a form of percussion to upskill and have fun.

★ Acro

Seamlessly combine your acrobatic skills and flexibility to improve your performance and have fun.
