At Close Combat, we teach Krav Maga, a practical self-defence system designed for real-world situations. Developed in the 1930s by Imi Lichtenfeld and later refined for the Israeli Defence Force, Krav Maga blends boxing, wrestling, grappling and martial arts techniques to help students recognise threats quickly, neutralise them, and move to safety.
