Our studio is the most successful and Elite Classical Ballet Studio in the Clarence Valley.

We offer a high quality dance education . We cater for those who wish to become professionals in the dance industry as well as students who are looking for technical dance training in a fun and caring environment. CRDA regularly compete in Eisteddfod Troupe work (having a very successful studio in all competitions) as well as producing an Annual Christmas concert in Grafton early December for all Students.

Classes are for both Boys and Girls, from the ages of 3-18 yrs.

As classical Ballet is the basis to all Genres (Styles) of Dance, CRDA teach the most recognised syllabus from the ​Royal Academy of Dance (RAD).

The Royal Academy of Dance is one of the largest and most influential dance education and training organisations in the world.

​Children who dance often perform better at school, as they will have enhanced concentration, good knowledge retention and the ability to finish tasks.

Dancing also helps with both mental and physical development, improves both a child’s fine and gross motor skills.

They learn to follow instructions and accept discipline and feedback, while developing confidence, commitment and responsibility.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Private tuition is offered for students who are wanting to learn solo eisteddfod work , perfect exam work, improve on their technique or to learn troupe or concert work if needed. Anyone interested in starting Private tuition please contact the studio.

BALLET EXAMS

Clarence River Dance Academy has examinations for the more serious dancer and also assessments for the student that wants to dance for fun. It is important to have certificates to show your achievements both assessments and full exams obtain a certificate plus a medal.
