ennis World Lane Cove – Fun, Fitness & Friendship for Kids

🎾 Kids Coaching Programs

We make tennis exciting and accessible for children of all ages and abilities. Our ANZ Hot Shots program is the perfect way to start, with classes tailored to each stage of development:

• Launch Program (3–5 yrs) – Fun-packed half-hour lessons introducing basic strokes and skills in small groups.

• Red Ball (5–8 yrs) – Modified courts and balls for easy play, plus rallying, matchplay and motor skills activities. Complimentary bus pick-up from selected local schools makes it even easier for families.

• Orange Ball (8–10 yrs) – Larger courts and faster balls, teaching new strokes, strategies and matchplay with problem-solving activities.

• Green Ball (9+ yrs) – Full court play with green balls, focusing on advanced skills and competitive match practice.

• Ace Squad / Yellow Ball (High School Age) – A fun, social environment for teens to improve skills, fitness and confidence with friends.

👶 Kinder Tennis (2–4 yrs)

Our newest program supports toddlers’ fine and gross motor skills, balance and socialisation. These parent-participation classes are a wonderful bonding experience while introducing little ones to tennis.
