What do we do?
Central West Gymnastics is all about fun, fitness and friendship. Our coaches has been with the Club for many years starting as gymnasts themselves with such a love for their sport and the Club they just couldn't leave!
We have qualified and experienced coaches who have a passion for getting kids active and healthy all while having fun and learning. Our programs are designed for all children to progress at their own rate with quality coaching with a focus on fun, fitness and friendship. We run recreational classes as well as competitive programs.

★ Recreational ages 5+
★ Ninja Fit for the aspiring Ninja warrior
★ Parkour
★ Rhythmic

- BIRTHDAY PARTIES
A Central West Gymsports Party is fun, active and exciting. Children are encouraged to challenge themselves and try a Pre School Free Play party, Gymnastics, Ninja or Ultimate Tag party with their friends. Activities are designed so that kids of all ability levels will be engaged as the program is varied for the age of participants.
Fully run by our qualified coaches, the party starts with safety instructions and a group warm-up game then we move on to circuits where kids get the opportunity to try skills on the bars, beams, floor and trampoline or alternatively an Ultimate Tag or Ninja style obstacle courses.
