The Central Coast Surf Academy is an elite surf coaching academy based on the NSW Central Coast.

The CCSA was founded by ex-World Tour Surfer and local surfing celebrity Amee Donohoe. Amee has a list of surfing achievements to her name, including an ASP ranking of fifth in the world when she was at her prime and competing on the ASP World Championship Tour. Since retiring from the Tour, Amee has established the extremely popular surf academy in her home town of MacMasters Beach. Amee has a handful of world class surfers on the team of coaches including former WCT surfer Rebecca Woods and 2008 “world best free surfer” Andrew Mooney.

Operated by the most qualified and professional surfers on the coast. We offer an elite level tuition. Our programs are a fun packed experience offering a great way to build confidence in the water and meet new friends. All sessions focus on ocean safety, beach awareness and all the skills needed to learn to surf.

SAFE SURFING PROGRAM

CCSA offers a range of surfing programs including surf safety, surf education, learn to surf and surf coaching all year round for students. All programs are tailored for individual schools and the age of the participants.

Our programs align with Surfing Australia’s Safe surfing Program and the NSW Education Department Risk Assessment guidelines. We currently work with over thirty schools both primary and secondary from both the Central Coast and afar. We teach at multiple beaches on the Central Coast and always choose the most suitable and safest option.
