Capoeira is a unique blend of dance-like movements, acrobatics, martial arts, and music that makes getting fit exciting and joyful. It helps kids and parents alike improve coordination, strength, balance, rhythm, and flexibility—all while making new friends in a supportive community.

🌟 Preschooler Classes (2.5–5 years)

Led by Professor Uakari and Instructor Jambo, a husband-and-wife team with over 22 years of teaching experience, these classes were inspired by their own son’s love of Capoeira. Preschoolers learn through playful movement, building confidence, coordination, and creativity in a safe and fun environment.

🧒 Kids Classes (6–11 years)

For children, fun is serious business. Our Kids Classes use play-based learning to help kids solve problems, work with others, express creativity, and develop flexibility and physical skills. When kids are having fun, learning becomes natural—and that’s exactly what Capoeira offers.

👦 Teens Classes (12–17 years)

Teenagers of all skill levels are welcome. Classes challenge students to advance their technical skills, agility, rhythm, and acrobatic ability, while boosting fitness and confidence. Training in a supportive community helps teens achieve their best and feel proud of their progress.

Established in 2001, our group is part of one of the world’s largest and most respected Capoeira schools. Under the guidance of Matthew Eales (Formando Uakari) and Heidi (Professora Jambo), we’ve taught thousands of kids and adults, run workshops in schools and community centres, and performed at local, interstate, and international events.
