What do we do?
Canberra Youth Theatre is one of Australia’s leading youth arts companies, empowering young people through theatre productions, workshops, and creative pathways to challenge, reflect, and transform our perspectives of the world.
Our Weekly Ensembles Workshops at Gorman Arts Centre, Belconnen Arts Centre, Tuggeranong Arts Centre and Queanbeyan Performing Arts Centre allow young artists in school Years 1–12 to express their voice and share their stories through theatre.
We also run popular Holiday Programs during school holidays throughout the year, as well as many other opportunities to get involved, from In School programs to full theatrical productions to specialised professional training programs, and much more.
