★ Pocket Rockets (junior class 6-10yr old)

★ General syllabus (all grades)

★ Conditioning, strategy & sparring

★ Advanced syllabus (5th kyu adv yellow belt and above)

★ Meditation (open)

Classes are instructed by Sensei Sylvester Tan with the assistance of black belts Senpai Chris Tolhurst (3rd dan) and Senpai Harshan Sandrakumar (2nd dan), brown belts Stuart Matthews, Niina Matthews, Pranavan Siva and Emmanuel Madayag.
