Burns Outdoor Obstacle Training

Our mission is to provide a training experience for adults and children (6+) of any fitness level that is challenging, yet fun and unique.

Burns outdoor obstacle training is for those who want a fun day out and/or desire a change from the traditional indoor fitness facilities. Our facility can help people achieve many goals such as building muscular strength and cardio endurance, mastering obstacle technique or just gaining a combination of these goals in a fun atmosphere.

There are two Personal Trainer’s on premises Wayne & Lorelai.

Wayne has personal experience with weight loss and finding fitness later in life. Wayne has undertaken a series of events from fun runs to 24 hour endurance events and is keen to impart his knowledge and experience with others.

Qualifications include:

* Certificate 3 in Fitness (Fitness Instructor)

* Certificate 4 in Fitness (Personal Trainer)

* Level 1 and 2 Boot camp Instructor

* Spartan SGX coach

* Level 1 Kettlebell Coach

* Level 1 AnKorr Coach

* Current Working With Children Check

Lorelai also found fitness later in life and enjoys running and trying out new fitness experiences and finding new adventures. Lorelai enjoys sharing her experiences with others and wants everyone to see that fitness does not have to be a chore. Lorelai also works as a mental health nurse in an acute adolescent psychiatric ward and feels that there is a strong link between exercise and positive mental health.

Lorelai’s qualifications include:

Certificate 3 in Fitness (Fitness Instructor)

Certificate 4 in Fitness (Personal Trainer)

Current Working With Children Check

Other qualifications:

Cert 3 in Nursing

Diploma of Youth Work

Bachelor of Social Science (Criminology)

Graduate Diploma of Counselling.
