The Brick Builder is led by life-time LEGO brick fan, Ben Craig.

Ben has a background in events, marketing, and communications. This background has helped to shape the experiences delivered through The Brick Builder. The Brick Builder is an independent experience and artistic organisation that uses LEGO bricks.

Our works have ranged from 6 metre long caravans, installations in international airports, and numerous private and public commissions.

We have delivered experiences including birthday parties, holiday programs, in-class incursions, after school workshops, and LEGO Serious Play sessions.

- Parties and Occasions

Brick Builder parties and occasions are tailored to meet individual requirements and interests.

Our parties with LEGO bricks are aimed at celebrating the creativity in all of us. Delivered by LEGO brick fans, for LEGO brick fans.

Each booking comes with the availability of one of our large professional models as centrepiece to the occasion (not the caravan 🙂 it’s too big).

Activities include:

★ building workshops and challenges

★ role-play activities around favourite themes

★ The Brick Builder party favour workshops

★ remote control car races

★ robotics

★ train wars

For birthday parties, as a guide our sessions typically last 90 minutes, up to 16 participants.

- School Sessions

BrickBuilders co-curricular are designed to reinforce educational principles (including STEM, and critical thought) and social development. Our lesson plans each term include:

★ varied delivery of inquiry-based activities and creative experiences including robotics, mechanics, and constructive learning

★ opportunities to learn LEGO building techniques and participate in experiences not available elsewhere

★ tailored experiences to each participant

★ make-and-take models each term designed by ‘The Brick Builder’

★ facilitation by our capable team and ‘The Brick Builder’

★ regular display of amazing professional models.

- BrickBuilders Holiday Programs

Our holiday program involves dozens of activities including skills building exercises, challenges, and guided/free play. Designed by expert LEGO builders and educational experts we ensure that the day will excite! Each day is arranged to ensure that activities reflect the interests of each participant, with up to six activities on offer in a full day.
