We help Kids find a passion and love for fitness through boxing and kickboxing.

Our sessions focus on building kids to be future champions.

We split our kids into 3 groups.

★ Lightweights

6-8 years old

★ Middleweights

9-11 years old

★ Heavyweights

12-16 years old

We work on a strong foundation that helps kids find a love and passion for boxing and kickboxing these include:

1. Social interaction and fun activities

2. Gross Motor skill development

3. Fitness

4. Discipline

5. Boxing and Kickboxing skill development

Our classes run for an hour and we run gradings every quarter to ensure your child is progressing and this will be in line with the school terms.
