👶 Lil Dragons (2–7 years)
Our youngest students enjoy fun-filled classes that focus on discipline, self-defence, anti-bullying, and teamwork. These sessions are designed to give kids a strong start in life while keeping things playful and engaging.
🥋 Karate (8 years to adult)
From white belt to Black Belt and beyond, our Karate program develops essential life skills alongside practical self-defence. Students grow in confidence, discipline, and focus while achieving their goals step by step.
🔥 Kickboxing (14+ years)
A cardio-intensive workout that combines fitness with self-defence. It’s the perfect way for teens and adults to “feel the burn” while learning powerful techniques.
⚔️ Matayoshi Kobudo (14+ years)
This traditional weapons program teaches discipline, respect, and skill with ancient martial arts tools – a unique and exciting pathway for older students.
🏆 Competition Pathways
We proudly support students who wish to compete, offering opportunities at national, international, and even Olympic levels.
