🥋 Kids BJJ Brisbane

At Brisbane BJJ, we’re excited to offer regular Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu classes for kids aged 4 and up. Our sessions are fun, interactive and dynamic, giving children the chance to learn new skills, build confidence, improve fitness and—most importantly—have an amazing time!

🌟 Why BJJ is Great for Kids

Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu is more than just a martial art—it’s a pathway to growth. Kids learn discipline, resilience and self‑defence while enjoying a full‑body workout that boosts strength, coordination and endurance. As they progress, they gain confidence, self‑esteem and a sense of accomplishment that carries into everyday life. Plus, BJJ is social! Children make new friends, connect with like‑minded peers and thrive in a supportive community.

💪 Welcome to BJJ Brisbane

Known worldwide as one of the most effective self‑defence systems, BJJ focuses on grappling and ground fighting. It’s challenging, rewarding and heaps of fun. Whether your child is just starting out or keen to advance, our classes are designed to nurture their skills step by step while keeping the atmosphere friendly and encouraging.

🏋️ Our Gym & Facilities

Our purpose‑built martial arts centre spans two floors, featuring four large safety‑matted training rooms, a fighting ring and a spacious padded area to minimise mishaps. Members and parents also enjoy access to a fully equipped gym (free of charge), perfect for fitness before or after class. With air‑conditioned facilities, showers and a welcoming environment, training is comfortable and safe—whether Gi or No Gi.
