Beeswax & Bottlecaps

Beeswax and Bottlecaps is an independent production house led by George Le Couteur and Lil Tulloch, bringing over 20 years of combined experience in circus, vaudeville, and variety to audiences of all ages. Known for blending theatrical storytelling with high-energy spectacle, our performances are original, playful, and full of heart.

From award-winning shows like The Boy Who Was Born with a Moustache (Sydney Fringe Kids Award) to crowd favourites like Training Wheels and Gandini’s Medical Marvels, we’ve entertained everywhere from the Sydney Spiegeltent to the Sydney Royal Easter Show. We also create large-scale activations and roving entertainment for major events, working with iconic names like Luna Park, The Star Casino, and Australia Day Live.

But beyond the lights and laughter, we believe in something simple — joy is for everyone. Our shows welcome big humans, small humans, and even the wonderfully wobbly ones who can’t juggle yet. We love the beautifully bizarre, the silly moments that shake the dust off your soul, and the thrill of trying something new.

Whether it’s in the middle of a bustling festival, a theatre stage, or a public space transformed by our placemaking activations, our mission is to connect people, spark belly laughs, and remind the world that play matters. Because when you embrace the weird and wonderful, everyone gets a chance to shine. 🌟🎪
