🥊 Kids Boxing (Ages 7–12)

Our Kids Boxing classes are all about fun, fitness and learning the basics of non‑contact boxing in a safe environment. With friendly, qualified QLD Boxing coaches, children improve coordination, agility and strength while burning energy and building discipline, self‑confidence, body positivity and teamwork. Sessions include age‑appropriate drills such as cardio, strength training, pad and bag work, and circuits. No prior experience is needed—every child is welcome!

💪 Youth Boxing (Ages 12–17)

Youth Boxing classes take training to the next level, focusing on technique, punches, defence and controlled drills. Designed for those with a solid foundation in boxing, these sessions help teens refine their skills while staying fit. Optional sparring sessions are available with the right gear and parental consent, giving young athletes the chance to experience boxing in a safe, supervised way.
