What do we do?
We offer activities during school holidays to keep your little ones busy. We supply everything you need to create beautiful jewellery and accessories, we also offer a range of handmade jewellery, custom design and repair jewellery.
The Banjos Bead House team love working with children as they express their creative sides and learn new skills.
Banjos Bead House has been a family owned and operated business since its doors were opened in 2003. We have an interest in craft that spans three generations and we are developing our business based on customer service and quality products and services that we hope will exceed your expectations.

Once upon a birthday, a group of children stepped into a magical shop called Banjo’s Bead House.
Inside, tables sparkled with beads of every color—reds like strawberries, blues like the ocean, greens like dragon scales, and golds that shimmered like treasure.
The Bead House team welcomed the birthday crew with smiles and a promise: “Today, you’ll be creators of your very own sparkling treasures!”
✨ What Happens at the Party
• The children gather around for one whole hour of beading fun.
• Each child becomes a designer, making 2–3 special projects to take home.
• The adventure begins with a stretchy bracelet, then continues with other creations depending on age, skill, and imagination.
🎨 Projects to Explore
• Bracelets – stretchy or wrapped around like vines.
• Bookmarks & Key Rings – knotted or strung, perfect for marking stories or holding keys to secret forts.
• Necklaces – in many styles, each one unique, - like the child who made it.
For older adventurers who’ve visited before, there are advanced projects using special tools—like leveling up in a game!
🌈 The Magic of Beading
While the children play with colors and patterns, they’re also learning:
- Counting beads like tiny treasures.
- Measuring strings like explorers with maps.
- Remembering designs with their eyes and hands.
- Building hand-eye coordination while creating something beautiful.
Most importantly, they laugh, share, and celebrate together—ending the party with handmade treasures that sparkle as brightly as their smiles.
