Bangor/Georges River EP Physie

At BGR Physie, our aim is to teach and provide girls and ladies with confidence and coordination skills, while learning different routines to modern music in a safe and supportive environment.

We promote and encourage confidence in a fun and friendly atmosphere whilst improving flexibility, strength, postures, and aspirations.

We strive to achieve the absolute best in every member and instil good sportsmanship whether it is in our own club or with girls and ladies from other clubs. We aim to be considerate to everyone and encourage the girls to always try their best and be happy within themselves.

CLASSES

★ EP Petites (Preschool Class)

Our preschoolers class is specially deigned to introduce our little ones to the basics of physie! With a brand new syllabus, your little ones will learn how to wiggle and dance with their friends while learning exercises of posture and positions. All music is age appropriate and modern, some examples are The Wiggles, Hi 5 and The Fairies.

WHAT IS PHYSIE?

FITNESS ELEGANCE CONFIDENCE

Physical culture, also known as 'physie', is a unique and competitive sport that combines ballet and modern dancing. It improves physical fitness, flexibility, co-ordination and posture. Physie is a sport for all ages to enjoy, build confidence and gain lifelong friends.

Not only is physie a lifelong sport for girls and ladies, it is also a platform which leads to many opportunities, including overseas travel, interstate travel, networking with people, and further your dance careers - like cheerleading!

We hope to see you at Bangor/Georges River Physie, and enjoy the first of many years with us!
