The Australian Hindu Multicultural Association (AHMA) was founded in 1993 with the aim of promoting social, cultural, spiritual and educational activities for the benefit of the community.

AHMA is a member of the Hindu Council of Australia.

Australian Hindu Multicultural Association (AHMA) in association with the Parents & Teachers Association (PTA)is formally responsible for the conducting of school affairs in promotion of cultural and educational activities and is continuing its educational programme under the name of AMHA School of Language, Arts and Culture. Classes are held on Sundays at Quakers Hill High School.

AHMA accords a high priority to education in language, arts and culture. It encourages parents to take advantage of the opportunity that is made possible through the joint effort of AHMA and the PTA.

Classes in Hindi language, music and dance are being successfully run by the Parents and Teachers Association at the Quakers Hill High School on Sundays in line with the main stream school terms in NSW. It has fully qualified and experienced teachers and over the years it has produced scores of versatile students who have acquired the knowledge and skills in their respective fields.

There are no age restrictions on students. Details of the classes taught are as follows:

★ Tabla Juniors

★ Tabla Intermediate

★ Bharat Natyam - Classical Dance Juniors

★ Bharat Natyam - Classical Dance Seniors

★ Bollywood Dance Junior and Intermediate
