🎨 Art Classes for Kids

At Art Classes Australia, children aged primary school can explore painting, drawing, and creativity in a fun, supportive environment. Classes run on Tuesday afternoons, 4–5 pm, in Sharon’s home studio in Chadstone.

Each term, kids progress through different styles and techniques, learning about artists, mediums, and artistic expression. What makes these classes special is that children help guide the curriculum, choosing what they want to explore. This approach encourages them not only to create beautiful artwork but also to develop their own ideas, decision-making skills, and creative thinking.

🌈 Adult Workshops

Adults can enjoy tailored drawing, acrylic painting, watercolour, or mixed media workshops. Each participant leaves with one or two finished masterpieces.

Workshops are perfect for hen’s days, girls’ nights, work get-togethers, client gifts, and more. They also include a cheese platter with a glass of bubbles or morning tea and juice, making your creative experience even more enjoyable. Classes are intimate, with 4–10 participants, ensuring personal attention and a relaxed, social atmosphere.

👩 About Sharon

Sharon Westin has been immersed in art her whole life, with over 25 years’ experience as a graphic designer—nearly half of that running her own business. She also runs Artfulness Retreats, which are small-group weekend art and meditation experiences.

Sharon loves sharing her knowledge and guiding students of all ages to express themselves fully through art. Her teaching is fluid, allowing participants to follow their creativity and explore freely.
