From beginners to advanced athletes, children to adults, our academy offers programs for everyone.

🤸 Foundations – Build Fundamental Skills and Technique

Perfect for beginners, these classes focus on building flexibility, strength and coordination. Students learn fundamental body techniques, dance sequences, and how to handle apparatus including ball, hoop, ribbon, clubs, rope and freehand.

⭐ Intermediate Levels – State and National Levels Program

Designed for developing athletes, this program combines body expression, musical interpretation, dance styles and apparatus skills. Students work on risk throws, rotations and complex routines, tailored to each athlete’s strengths to prepare them for competitions.
