At Alina W Music, we help children discover the joy of music, build confidence, and express themselves creatively. Based in Western Sydney, our music school offers a welcoming and fun environment where kids of all ages can explore their musical talents.

✨ About Alina

Alina is the Founder and Director of Alina W Music, a thriving music school with studios located in Penrith and Springwood, NSW. What began as a side hustle while studying law has since grown into a full-time passion and career, now serving over 400 students and supported by a talented team of 30 staff members.

Alina W Music offers a wide range of programs, including Piano, Singing, Guitar, Violin, Musical Theatre, and Preschool Music. Alina’s vision has always been to build confidence and community through music education and performance, and that mission continues to shape every aspect of the school.

A lifelong performer, Alina holds AMEB qualifications in both voice and piano, alongside a background in dance. She has taken the stage in numerous musical theatre productions — both as a performer and music director — and regularly performs at weddings and events across Greater Sydney.

In addition to her creative work, Alina holds a Law Degree and is a strong advocate for lifelong learning and personal growth. Her contributions to the performing arts and business communities have been recognised with multiple accolades, including winning Most Outstanding Performing Arts Business at the 2022 and 2025 Local Business Awards. She has also been a finalist twice in the Australian Women’s Small Business Champions Awards.

Through every lesson, performance, and interaction, Alina is passionate about inspiring confidence, nurturing talent, and fostering a love of music in students of all ages.
