Advance Academy of Gymnastics

ADVANCE is situated on the shores of Lake Maquarie Toronto having established in 2005. We are one the regions most professional gymnastics club with many attributes and accolades in our Women's Artistic and Rhythmic gymnastics teams.

A successful competitive club we also have a fun recreational base where children from 14 mths to 18 yrs can enjoy the wonderful sport of gymnastics. Boys and girls of all ages enjoy developing gross motor skills ,self esteem, independence, social skills, concentration and fundamental skills in safe and controlled environment.

Our programs range from fun recreational gymnastics for boys and girls of all ages to develop physical gross motor skills, self esteem and independence, social skill building, concentration and fundamental gymnastics skills in a safe and controlled environment, as well as many other opportunities to develop sound gymnastics through our Accelerated programs, competitive and NON competitive levels programs that can help sportsmanship, discipline and determination.

PROGRAM

We deliver high quality gymnastics programs with Gymnastics Australia accredited instructors throughout all disciplines. All participants no matter how young will develop skills for life by participating in the wonderful sport of gymnastics.

○ Afternoon junior development

○ Junior gym squads 4- 5 years

○ Junior gym squads 6 years

○ Senior gym skills 7 plus years

○ Rhythmic gymnastics for girls 7 plus years

○ Acro skills and balance to enhance dancers flexibility and work on aerials-walkovers and flics

○ Hunter regional levels: Learn routines and skills without going to competitions or have the opportunity too. Junior and Senior divisions

○ Accelerated performance squads

○ Kindergym 14 mths to 4 yrs- baby gym 6 mths+

○ Teen gym 12 to 18 yrs

○ Women's artistic national squads wg 1-10

○ National rhythmic teams levels 1 -10

All Squad programs are structured classes with accredited coaches for each discipline. Our aim is to provide the gymnasts with a challenging and stimulating experience. Each class is evaluated and assessed at the completion of the class with all accredited coaches having to complete a written or verbal study which is then forwarded to the head programmer for future reference.
