★ Competitive Cheerleading

High Commitment Team

Our competitive cheerleading teams are a lot of fun. Athletes learn a routine consisting of tumble, stunts, jumps, dance and perform the routine throughout the year at multiple cheerleading competitions. Athletes will build self confidence, teamwork, determination and commitment, great sportsmanship and have excellent physical conditioning. (High Commitment)

★ Recreational Cheerleading

Fun for Everyone

Athletes will learn the basics of cheerleading. Always learning new skills, building self confidence and learning to work as a team. A friendly, fun and safe environment for all athletes. Low commitment. (no competitions) $15 per athlete, pay as you go.

★ Tumbling Classes

Classes for All Ages and Abilities

A lesson for athletes to learn new tumbling skills and perfect current skills. Tumble classes do not only focus on tumbling but also, fitness, strength, flexibility, fun and teamwork. Open to all ages and abilities.

★ Private Lessons

1 Coach with 1 Athlete

For All athletes who want to work harder on their skills, and want a boost to get to the next level. With the proper guidance on technique and progression with one on one coaching time.

Our programs aren't just great, they are amazing! You can be 100% assured that your students will be 100% active. Our programs are made to fit the PDHPE curriculum for each learning stage. Delivered by experienced and professional coaches. The best part is they will be having so much fun they won't even know they are exercising!

Fun & Active

In this program students will learn all the components of cheerleading they will learn new skills and try new things. At the end of the program they will learn a choreographed cheer routine showcasing all of the students amazing abilities! This is a Friendly, fun, and safe environment for all students.
