⭐ Capoeira for Kids (Ages 4+)

In our Capoeira Kids classes, children learn through movement, music and interaction. Each session includes Capoeira techniques, playful acrobatics, singing and simple instrument use, helping children develop coordination, balance, rhythm and concentration while having lots of fun.

Younger children (ages 4–6) enjoy a more playful, game-based approach that encourages creativity and teamwork. Older children (ages 7+) are gradually introduced to more structured techniques, helping them build skills and confidence as they progress.

ABADÁ-Capoeira offers engaging and energetic Capoeira classes for kids, blending movement, music and culture in a fun, supportive environment. Capoeira is a unique Brazilian martial art that combines acrobatics, rhythm, coordination and play — making it an exciting way for children to stay active while building confidence and focus.

An important part of Capoeira is its cultural heritage. Children are gently introduced to Brazilian Portuguese through songs, greetings and movement names, supporting cultural awareness and respect in an age-appropriate way.
